We’re seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team focused on transforming the high-visibility, mission-critical Joint Cybersecurity Authorization Management (JCAM) system, formerly known as CSAM. This application plays a vital role in safeguarding federal systems and ensuring compliance across government agencies.
This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter eager to work in a high-impact, Agile environment focused on modernization, performance, and innovation. You’ll contribute to a crucial transition from .NET 4.8 and Web Forms to a forward-looking architecture based on .NET Core, Blazor, and front-end technologies, with a strong focus on developing high-performing, fast, and responsive pages and applications.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET 4.8, with proven experience in transitioning to .NET Core and Blazor for modern, scalable solutions that prioritize performance.
- Full-stack development expertise, with a strong foundation in SQL Server and experience in building secure, fast, and responsive applications using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX design elements in Blazor, including Telerik UI for Blazor and FusionCharts or similar tools, with a focus on developing high-performing interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance while ensuring secure application practices, particularly in government systems with FISMA compliance requirements.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Work well within a team environment; high energy and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Experience with government or DOJ cybersecurity, particularly FISMA A&A accreditation.
- Background in transitioning legacy systems to modern frameworks, focusing on Blazor and .NET Core.
