Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth technical expertise to design and develop diverse software projects.
- Lead a team of engineers, guiding them through all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Build and sustain scalable applications, APIs, and database architectures.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to fine-tune project requirements.
- Manage deployments and ensure post-launch application support.
- Suggest new methods, processes, and workflows to enhance performance and quality.
- Conduct code reviews and approve changes to ensure code integrity.
- Assess team performance and provide mentoring for professional growth.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and evolving industry trends.
- Analyze and recommend frameworks, platforms, tools, and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in software development and system support
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficient in ASP.NET Core
- Experience with React
- Expertise in relational database design and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent certifications
- NOTE: We are NOT able to support Visa sponsorships, including OPT at this time, and this role is NOT REMOTE.
