CubX Inc is seeking an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee IT projects within our serverless IT environment. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of IT initiatives by leveraging technical expertise, project management skills, and process optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, proven leadership abilities, and experience implementing and managing IT project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including cloud-based solutions, network upgrades, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders) to define project requirements and technical deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and optimize project management processes to streamline IT operations.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, Asana) to track project progress, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Ensure technical solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Communicate technical project status, risks, and challenges effectively to executives and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruptions to IT operations.
- Standardize documentation and reporting for project tracking and knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor junior team members on IT project management best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity projects.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, networking, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and enterprise IT solutions.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
