Job Overview:
Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & M365 Contact Center Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions within our clients’ enterprise environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and M365 Contact Center development, as well as the ability to provide strategic guidance on leveraging emerging technologies. As this is a rapidly evolving area, we need a professional who can stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Implementation:
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and M365 Contact Center solutions to enhance business operations.
- Architect and implement enterprise-level integrations between D365, M365 Contact Center, and other business applications.
- Develop and optimize workflows, automations, and customizations within Dynamics 365 to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure the seamless integration of M365 Contact Center with telephony, CRM, and other customer engagement platforms.
Technical Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and M365 Contact Center implementation.
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on business processes and competitive advantage.
- Develop and present technical roadmaps, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation strategies for recommended solutions.
- Ensure that architectural solutions align with enterprise-wide technology strategies and frameworks to maximize performance, scalability, and security.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and industry experts to define requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including non-direct report technical staff, in developing proofs of concept and piloting new technologies.
Documentation & Support:
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and best practice recommendations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and IT staff on Microsoft Dynamics and M365 Contact Center capabilities.
- Support ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, implementation, and customization.
- Strong experience in M365 Contact Center development and integration.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, security best practices, and data governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or M365 certification(s).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments with high availability and security requirements.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with D365.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure services, and APIs for system integration.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions, telephony integrations, and customer engagement platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125.00 - $135.00 per hour
