Role Summary:
The Process Engineer will provide support and maintenance of Robotic Process Automations developed with the UiPath tooling. This individual will help drive automations forward across the State of TN.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raised by either end user / automated monitors / application monitoring tools.
- Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency as determined by the client or management.
- A strong, demonstrable record of customer service. The Process Engineer/Analyst will need to understand customer needs and build effective relationships with business users. The Process Engineer/Analyst must be able to convey plans, issues and concerns to clients and team members in a clear, logical, and concise manner
- Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
- Perform testing of the solution in accordance with program standardized test practices
- Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures

Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
- An IT or Business Degree
- 4+ years of experience in a Production Application Support role or similar experience
- 2+ years of professional services experience preferably in automation projects
- 2+ Years of development experience with UiPath
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication is a must
- Excellent troubleshooting skills applying logic
- Self-starter, accustomed to working in a busy and dynamic environment
- Experience using cloud-based ticketing portals
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Exchange proficiency, ZenDesk or similar ticketing platform
- At least 5+ years of experience in Application support. The support will ensure consistency and synchronization across infrastructure components.
- Experience with some or all of the following programming languages is preferred: Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
- Good knowledge of windows server, Virtual machines and SSL
- The ideal candidate will also work on performance optimization and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required.
- Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc
- Hands on experience with Troubleshooting and Debugging
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 per hour
