.NET Software Developer

Description

Permanent position for a Software Developer to design and develop new software products and maintain legacy software systems
Focus on the development of C# desktop applications using the .NET Framework.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop software architecture and its implementation.
Write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
Participate in internal software testing and troubleshooting.
Maintain strict version control and documentation throughout the entire software development life cycle.
Create integrated hardware/software systems using 3rd party digital cameras.

Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Windows desktop applications.
Proficiency in C# with strong experience using the .NET Framework or .NET Core.
Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as C++, Python, or others.
Experience working with OpenCV and other computer vision tools/libraries.
Experience working with Git or similar version control systems.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and implementation best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with developing WPF applications is a plus.
The applicant would be required to perform work on US Government contracts.
