To perform as a .Net Developer providing .Net Core, C#, Model View Controller (MVC) and Structured Query Language (SQL) programming support services assisting CARB's in-house developers for updating, developing, and/or monitoring various software applications.

Required

Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar certification, or six (6) years of professional object-oriented .Net development experience. (Degree and certifications must be included in the Offeror's response.)
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity-(such as leading efforts)
Five (5) years of experience for .NET C# and Microsoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) programming on the most complicated development projects.
Five (5) years of experience for web development with each of the following: JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Twitter Bootstrap
Five (5) years of experience with MS Visual Studio (version 2012 - 2015).
Five (5) years of experience with .NET MVC (Model-View-Controller) (version 5.0) programming.
Three (3) years of experience with Entity Framework - Code First.
Three (3) years of experience with MS SQL database stored procedures and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
One (1) year of experience with .Net Core.
Three (3) years of experience with API development.

Desirable Requirements

One (1) year of experience with Ember.js development.
Three (3) years of experience of MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Internet Information Server (IIS) experience.
Three (3) years of experience writing technical, system, and user documentation.
