Summary:
The IT Developer Lead is responsible for overseeing application development, architecture, and support to create a unique and exceptional experience under minimal supervision and direction from the Director of Technical Support. They are responsible for the ensuring the long-range direction of the organization's development function are met. Leads an enterprise-wide development infrastructure's strategic design, management, and implementation. Maintains development standards for the organization. Leads the activities necessary to keep the development infrastructure running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.
Responsibilities:

Oversee application development, architecture, and support to deliver a high-quality user experience.

Work with minimal supervision under the direction of the Director of Technical Support.

Ensure the organization’s long-term development goals are met.

Lead the strategic design, management, and implementation of enterprise-wide development infrastructure.

Maintain and enforce development standards across the organization.
-
Manage activities to ensure the development infrastructure operates seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively.

Ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
Experience/Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including MS Core and .NET framework
-
Proficiency in object-oriented programming with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, Blazor, WebAPI, and T-SQL
-
Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, and Azure Apps
-
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps pipelines and Git repository management

Experience with UX design and implementation

Strong SQL skills, including designing, developing, and maintaining database schemas, views, triggers, and stored procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
-
Ability to coach, train, and mentor junior developers

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field (highly preferred)
