Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled .Net Developer with extensive experience in Full Stack
Development, SharePoint, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web
technologies, system architecture, and database development.
This role involves working on SharePoint application migrations, full-stack .Net
development, and implementing security features like Multi-Factor Authentication.
Candidates must have a strong foundation in C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React,
Azure, and SQL Server.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and resolution for multiple SharePoint applications during
migration from SP2010 to SP2013.
Communicate implications of design decisions, technology costs, benefits, and
implementation requirements to business and IT leadership.
Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and other firm standards on multiple
applications.
Collaborate with Performance Engineering, Web, and Infrastructure teams to define
deployment architecture.
Participate in production troubleshooting and War Room activities when needed.
Identify opportunities for productivity improvements, time-to-market enhancements,
and solution quality upgrades.
Engage in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best practices adoption within the
team.
Exhibit high-level professional flexibility and innovative thinking in solving technical
challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Full-Stack Development Expertise: 5+ years of experience in .NET development (ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, .NET
Core, C#).
Strong web development experience with .NET Platform (4.8), .Net Core, ASP.NET
MVC (4.0/5.0), Angular, HTML5, CSS3.
Proficiency in React with Redux, Typescript, Node.js, Socket.IO.
Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services – App Services, API Management
(APIM), Redis, App Insights.
Strong database experience with Azure SQL, CosmosDB, including DML, DDL, Stored
Procedures.
SharePoint & Microsoft Technologies:
5+ years of SharePoint development experience (SharePoint 2010/2013).
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer Workflows, Visual Studio
Workflows, and Custom Solution Development (Farm, Sandbox solutions).
Proficiency in SharePoint Web Parts, Application Pages, Event Receivers, and
Branding (Master Pages, Page Layouts, HTML, CSS, JSOM, CSOM, REST, AJAX,
JQuery).
System Security & Authentication:
Experience with Active Directory/ADFS 3.0, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and
RSA Integration.
Implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and security protocols.
Application & Database Development:
5+ years of SQL Server experience (SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014).
Strong knowledge of SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Performance Tuning.
PowerShell scripting experience for automation.
Agile & Troubleshooting Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical roadblocks.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Must be a self-starter, proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years experience in:
ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC
C#/ASP.NET development
Debugging and Troubleshooting complex applications HTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, REST, CSOM, JSOM

PowerShell scripting

Experience designing modular applications with Azure Cloud and Serverless
