What the Role Involves:

- Performing detailed financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential investment targets.
- Assisting in the development of investment theses and strategic recommendations for internal decision-making.
- Participating in the structuring and execution of transactions, including deal negotiation and documentation.

Who They’re Looking For:
