Requirements:
Remote (U.S. based) with occasional travel (up to 10%) for company meetings and/or events.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET applications and microservices.
2. Develop, test, and maintain back-end microservices and REST APIs for use by our Front-end applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design efficient solutions.
4. Ensure UX best practices and standards are followed across the Development team.
5. Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and ensure timely bug fixes.
7. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in.NET development and proactively suggest improvements to existing applications.
8. Work independently on projects and meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Proven track record of estimating and delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
2. At least 3 years’ work-related experience in C# and .NET framework, with an emphasis on microservice development.
3. Experience in building modern .NET applications using .NET Core.
4. Experience working in a containerized development environment.
5. Sound understanding of ASP.NET, Net Core, and REST.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.

1. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship from our company.
2. Candidates must reside in the United States. (Please note that candidates located in the Central and Eastern time zones are preferred.)
3. Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is required for this role to ensure effective collaboration, accurate documentation, and the ability to convey complex concepts.
4. Successful candidates must pass a comprehensive background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
5. Standard business hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET, with required daily stand-up meetings at 10:00 a.m. ET.
6. Position requires occasional travel (up to 10%) for company meetings and/or events.
