About the Role:
We are seeking an expert-level .NET Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our Statement of Work (SOW), and we need a highly skilled professional who can exceed expectations and contribute immediately. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET development, Bluetooth integration, and UI/UX refinement based on customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance .NET applications.
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices into applications with a focus on stability and reliability.
- Continuously refine and enhance UI/UX components based on end-user feedback and usage patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including hardware and firmware engineers, to define and deliver new features.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Apply software engineering best practices and design patterns to ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of professional experience in .NET/C# development.
- Proven experience integrating Bluetooth (BLE) devices into applications.
- Strong background in refining UI/UX based on customer feedback and usability principles.
- Proficiency with Xamarin Forms and/or .NET MAUI (preferred).
- Deep understanding of software architecture and established design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with native Android/iOS BLE stacks.
- Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, or Selenium.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems .

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
