Mobile Application Developer ( .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms )

Location : Minneapolis , MN

Duration: Long term

About the Role

We are seeking an expert-level Mobile Application Developer ( .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms ). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms for building iOS/Android apps, Bluetooth (BLE) integration, and UI/UX refinement. You will work on high-performance systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams (including firmware/hardware), and enhance applications based on user feedback—strong communication skills are essential to align with stakeholders across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable Mobile applications with a focus on performance.

· Integrate Bluetooth (BLE) devices into applications, ensuring reliable communication.

· Refine UI/UX based on customer feedback to improve usability.

· Lead cross-platform mobile development using .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms (iOS & Android)

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

· Communicate clearly with onshore/offshore teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines.

· Follow software engineering best practices (design patterns, clean code, testing).

· Mandatory Skills

· 8-10 years of Mobile Applications with .NET/C# development (backend and frontend) with 2+ years in Xamarin/.NET MAUI.

· Bluetooth (BLE) integration experience in .NET applications.

· UI/UX customization based on user feedback.

· Proficiency in Xamarin Forms / .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android).

· Strong understanding of software architecture (MVVM, SOLID principles).

· Excellent communication skills – ability to work with global teams across time zones.

· Experience collaborating with firmware/hardware teams (debugging BLE issues is a plus).

· Nice-to-Have Skills

· Knowledge of native mobile BLE stacks and BLE stack knowledge (Android/iOS CoreBluetooth).

· Automated testing ( Xamarin.UITest)

· Experience with Appium framework (used for automated UI testing)

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
