We are seeking a motivated and skilled .NET/C# Developer based in Hawaii to support a mission-critical system modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in Agile environments, values technical quality, and is passionate about building impactful public-sector solutions.
You will work as part of a collaborative Scrum team to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly web platform supporting transparency, data integrity, and efficient reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend/backend services using .NET Core/MVC and C#, Razor
- Responsible for delivering high quality code, proficient in writing Unit Test, code quality check with SonarQube
- Participate in all phases of Agile delivery: sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and analysts to build reliable, user-centered systems
- Integrate backend APIs with secure data workflows and external services
- Apply software development best practices with a focus on testability, maintainability, and performance
- Ensure solutions meet government-level compliance and security standards
Qualifications- 3+ years of professional experience with .NET Core C# and SQL Server
- Good knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development
- Familiar with Entity Framework and LinQ
- Proficiency in using Git for version control
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum team environments
