Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (.NET + Blazor)

Location: Hybrid (Central Ohio preferred)

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer ready to play a key role in modernizing our internal application landscape. This is more than a coding role—it's an opportunity to lead change, guide your peers, and bring legacy systems into the future using modern .NET, Blazor, Azure, and SQL solutions. What You’ll Do:

Lead Application Modernization: Own the revamp and/or full rewrite of aging .NET applications, evaluating upgrade paths or building greenfield replacements when needed.
Work Autonomously: Tackle complex projects independently, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Full-Stack Development: Contribute across the stack, with emphasis on .NET (Core and Framework), Blazor, and strong SQL development.
Strengthen Documentation & Process: Create thorough technical documentation to support both development and operations teams.
Optimize GitHub Workflows: Recommend and implement branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation in GitHub Enterprise.
Cloud Readiness & Integration: Build and deploy solutions that align with our Azure ecosystem—leveraging services for hosting, integration, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience in software development with deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET Framework, .NET Core).
Proficiency with Blazor and modern front-end development practices.
Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server—including query optimization, stored procedures, and integration with .NET apps.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including app hosting, DevOps pipelines, and integration services.
Strong GitHub Enterprise expertise (branching, workflows, CI/CD).
Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a mindset for leadership and continuous improvement.
