What You’ll Work On
- Design and scale backend systems to handle massive usage
- Ship features across core infrastructure and AI workflows
- Own end-to-end execution across hiring and candidate platforms
- Influence product and technical direction during rapid growth
What’s Needed
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience building scalable systems (plus if from a high-growth company)
- Computer Science degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Bonus: startup experience and a hands-on mindset
