About Harmony
Harmony is building the future of AI workflows.
You record your screen, show it a task once — it watches, learns, and automates it forever.
No setup. No code. No drag-and-drop. Just do the thing. Harmony does the rest.
We’re a venture-backed startup (raised from founders of
HubSpot, Typeform, Apollo, Hustle Fund, etc.), and we’re moving fast toward launch.
Our earliest users are startup teams drowning in repetitive work — we help them scale without hiring.
Harmony isn’t a productivity app. It’s a new category of software —
automation by demonstration.
Think:
Zapier meets Loom meets AI-native workflows.
This internship isn’t about watching from the sidelines.
It’s about
building real systems that power a category-defining company.
The Role
We’re hiring a
Full Stack Engineering Intern who wants to ship meaningful code, fast.
You’ll work directly with our founding team to build features, tools, and automations that support product, marketing, and internal ops.
You’ll learn how a startup really runs — and your code will reach real users.
This is for builders who want to move fast, get better, and contribute far beyond their job title.
What You’ll Work On
You won’t do toy projects. You’ll build things like:
- Prototypes of AI-powered features (summarization, classification, agent triggers)
- Scraping and enrichment pipelines using Python + APIs like Clearbit, PDL, etc.
- Internal/external tools and dashboards in React + Next.js
- Automations across Notion, Slack, Gmail, and LinkedIn using Zapier or custom scripts
- Launch pages and microsites for upcoming GTM campaigns
- Data workflows that integrate via MCP/API connections
Our Stack
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, Vite
- Backend: Python (Flask), REST APIs
- Data: PostgreSQL
- Infra: Docker, GCP, GitHub Actions
- Automation: Zapier, Make, Browserflow, Gumloop
- AI/LLMs: GPT-4, Claude, LangChain (exploring)
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You're a self-taught builder or a CS student looking for real-world experience
- You’ve built and shipped projects in Python and/or React
- You’re curious, fast, and excited to learn by doing
- You’ve dabbled in scraping, APIs, automation tools, or browser automation
- You want startup exposure: how GTM, product, and ops intersect
- You want to work with founders who teach and move fast
Bonus Points If
- You’ve built something end-to-end (project, site, tool, product, AI agents)
- You’ve used LLMs, automation platforms, or browser automation tools
- You love clean UI, tight feedback loops, and high-quality execution
Details
- Duration: Flexible (8–16 weeks), Summer or Fall 2025
- Hours: Full-time or part-time (we’ll work with your schedule)
- Location: Remote (US preferred, async-friendly)
- Compensation: Competitive stipend + mentorship + reference + extended opportunity
- Tools We Use: Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, Linear, Cursor, etc.
How To Apply
Email
george@heyharmony.ai with:
- A short intro about yourself + why you’re excited about Harmony
- A link to your portfolio, GitHub, or anything you’ve built
- Your resume (optional if your projects speak louder)
This is the kind of internship where the right person can turn into a full-time hire.
If you’re hungry, sharp, and ready to build — we’d love to meet you.
