Microsoft SharePoint Developer

The SharePoint Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying customized SharePoint solutions tailored to our business requirements. This role demands a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, a solid foundation in web development, and the ability to work independently on projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality SharePoint applications that align with business needs and objectives.
Implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), including web parts, add-ins, and workflows.
Manage the lifecycle of SharePoint applications, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in SharePoint development.
Monitor and maintain existing SharePoint applications, providing support and updates as necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in SharePoint and web technologies to adopt and recommend new features or tools that will enhance our SharePoint environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019 development.
Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET is advantageous.
Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and SQL Server is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of SharePoint development.
Experience utilizing JIRA and working within AGILE Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
