Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing/Employment Sales Developer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales or Door to Door experience, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while managing client relationships and having attention to detail.
How do I make more money??
On 1 account with 25-35 people in 1 client(Warehouse/Hospitality/IT Services, etc), we expect a revenue of $100,000 per month and $1,000,000 per year! If you get a contract like that, you will be selling for an average of 35%. Our company will be obtaining $35,000 per month to run those operations.
You will be getting 30% of that, which is a total of $10,500 per month as long as we have those 25-35 associates working for us. The more associates, the more hours that they work, the more money for you!
We work with mostly of the industries and all companies have hiring needs, find those companies that are hiring, close the contract, get an order for us to fill their open positions/roles and get pay weekly based on the revenue generated!
Even if you stop selling after closing contracts, you will get a check as long as we continue to service the client!
Duties
- Be on the road daily to find clients with our team, that will benefit from our Staffing Agency services. This includes: lead generation, prospecting, selling and closing contracts.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to attract clients in the industry.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently.
- Utilize tools to manage clients pipelines and track metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Must get on the road daily to find clients and grow the business
- Must have ownership mentality and innovative mindset to run a business.
- Close a minimum of 1 contract per month with a client in need of a minimum 1 person.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or Door to door experience.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions.
- Strong account management skills, capable of nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
We will provide car or pay you weekly for gas as business demand needed.
