Job Description: .NET Software Engineer

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding and experience applying SOLID design principles
- Proficient in object-oriented design and design patterns
- Willingness to participate in pair programming
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and REST API
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, Bootstrap, Entity Framework 4.5+, .NET Core, LINQ, T-SQL, and SQL Server
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, XML, and GIT
- Strong experience with Unit Testing and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS
- Experience with Sitecore, React, Blazor, ForgeRock/Ping, SOAP web services, TypeScript, and Mobile development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and REST APIs
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions
- Assist in the development of user stories and task estimates
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates
- Encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Microsoft technologies
- Prepare reports, manuals, and documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems, and assess opportunities for application and process improvement
- Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Continually grow personal skillset and knowledge base through independent research
