Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in search of a Remote .NET Software Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ). Summary: This .NET Developer will be working with many Microsoft technologies including .NET, Visual Studio, MS SQL, Azure SQL, MVC, WCF, Xamarin and etc. These technologies are leveraged together in a Service Oriented Architecture in order to support scalable enterprise architectures. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, complex applications using .NET and C#
- Develop technical documents to accurately represent application design and code
- .NET backend development is the main responsibility of this position
- Work in team environments using Agile Project Management (SCRUM) and Test Driven Development (TDD), ensuring unit and integration testing before launch
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development especially back-end development
- Demonstrated skill and expertise in using Microsoft .NET technologies to develop applications
- Thorough understanding of relational database design and implementation
- .NET Core
- Identity Server
- Azure SQL Database, SQL Server or MySQL or another relational database would be ideal
- Motivated, strong team players with excellent communication skills are required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
