Senior Programmer Analyst

Position: Blazor Developer
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Duration & Schedule: fully onsite
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Position Type: Non-exempt (OT eligible)

Technical Skills:

.NET & C#: 5+ years experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.NET/C#), with a focus on clean, maintainable code and codebase conversions.
Blazor Expertise: Strong knowledge of Blazor Server components, Razor syntax, lifecycle methods.
Migration Experience: Hands-on experience migrating Web Forms pages, controls, and master pages to Blazor, replacing ViewState/postbacks and UpdatePanels.
Frontend/UI: Proficiency with modern Blazor component libraries, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap for responsive design.
Data & Services: Experience with RESTful APIs, refactoring ADO.NET data access code for dependency injection.
State Management & DI: Understanding of dependency injection, state management, and storage interop.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving and refactoring mindset.
Strong communication skills, especially in translating legacy patterns to modern Blazor approaches.
Mentoring or team collaboration experience for teams transitioning to Blazor.
