Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's Administrator accounts, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, information security, and various technologies. The Systems Administrator will work collaboratively with our service team to support our nationwide client base as well as our own internal environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, databases, and network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Work with our security administrator and assist in implementing and monitoring security measures to safeguard sensitive information and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to plan and deploy applications and services to clients.
- Utilize and deploy VMWare and citrix environments
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Deploy and maintain firewalls, switches, and other networking architecture
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices
- Understanding of information security best practices
- Experience with RMM systems
- Hands-on experience with VMWare
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extensive experience with all Windows OS
- Extensive experience with securely leveraging REST APIs
- Extensive experience with inter and intra platform automation via a variety of scripted and codeless methodologies
- MSP Experience required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
