Akkodis is seeking a NET Lead with a client located in Fort Worth, TX
Pay/Salary Range: $125000/yr - $145000/yr
Location: Hybrid ( Ft. Worth) – 3 days on-site
Top Skills Required:
- 5+ years with C# and .NET framework/.NET Core.
- 2+ years as a Lead or Manager.
- Experience with microservices and API design.
- Experience with payment gateways or transaction processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead software development to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with team members throughout the development process.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Work with other IT staff to implement and troubleshoot software.
- Write and execute business requirements.
- Help plan software development projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience and a high school diploma/GED.
- 5 years with C# and .NET framework/.NET Core.
- 3 years with microservices and distributed systems.
- 3 years of backend development, including API design.
- 2 years of TCP processing experience.
- 3 years with payment gateways or transaction processing.
- 2 years as a technical lead or engineering manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of leadership and engineering experience.
- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with PCI compliance and secure data handling.
